Our Workforce and Equipment:
At TLP, we take very seriously the quality of our workforce. To this end, we hold monthly in-house educational classes. These classes refine our mechanic's current skills as well as introduce new cutting edge technology. The classes also serve to stress the level of quality we expect from our workforce. All of our mechanics are Union employees and as such are subject to the requirements of the Union as well.
We also institute new methods and invest in new equipment on a regular basis. Our vehicles and equipment are maintained in tip-top condition throughout all of the seasons in order to insure timely and consistent delivery of quality service.
We are available 24/7 and aim to respond to emergency calls within 4 hours. In regards to ordinary repairs and service, we aim to be at your site within 24 hours. As of now, we are still asking that service requests be made via phone--as opposed to through this site--if it is important that these time frames be met. Calls are prioritized based on severity. This allows us to meet, and usually beat, the latter goals. Responsiveness touches at the core of our business.
